➤ Research and Conceptualization:
Alim Designs began by researching the real estate sector, focusing on trends in real estate logo design, particularly those featuring monogram-style logos with single letters. The aim was to understand what visual cues resonate most with real estate customers and how competitors present their brands visually. Alim identified that a strong, single-letter design could enhance recognition, particularly for a brand that is focused on building trust and simplicity.

The "R" Letter Given that the company name "Rava" starts with "R," Alim chose to base the logo around this letter. An “R” letter logo is often seen as strong and reliable, making it a fitting choice for a real estate company. Alim wanted the "R" to stand out as both a representation of the brand’s name and a symbol of the company's foundational values—stability, trust, and growth.

Alim explored several design concepts with the "R" as the focal point. The idea was to create a form that looked modern but also subtly hinted at real estate. After multiple iterations, he arrived at a sleek, stylized "R" where the strokes of the letter mimicked architectural lines—giving the logo a structure that symbolized buildings or properties. The goal was for the "R" to evoke imagery of both the company's name and the essence of real estate, without the need for additional text or imagery.
